Sidney Sweet is the founder of Sweet Dried Fruit and continues to guide the company. He is inspired by the privilege of partnering with his son, son-in-law, wife, and daughter, as well as a team of great employees. He enjoys building and maintaining relationships with both international and domestic suppliers and customers.

James Sweet has grown up in the raisin business, beginning with printing invoices at the age of nine. Since graduation in 2007 from Penn State University with a degree in Supply Chain Management, he has been working full time focusing on growing the company, developing new products, new sources, and new customers.
